Since retiring from Queensland Police Service, Mokhtiar have been involved in various not for profit organisations and is very passionate about providing advocacy services to refugees and new settlers. Mokhtiar is the present President of the Gold Coast Sikh Association.

Paddy Krishnan has lived on the Gold Coast for more than 20 years; the longest he has ever lived in a single city. He is a researcher by profession.

Malaysian born Sikh. Migrated to Australia in 1998, from 1998 to Aug 2002 lived in Melbourne, then moved to Gold Coast in 2002 and loves it here. Jessy is married and blessed with 2 beautiful sons. She has been working in the banking industry for almost 20+ years, she is also a Commissioner of Declaration for Queensland. She enjoys listening to music, shopping, cooking and baking. Her motto to stay humble and stay positive always.
